Carrum Health is a value-based Centers of Excellence platform that negotiates directly with top healthcare providers to offer upfront bundled payments to employers. In just six months, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul that not only revitalized our brand but also resulted in a remarkable 21% boost in brand awareness. By developing a compelling brand narrative positioning Carrum Health as a premier surgical and cancer care solution, I successfully bridged the gap between strategic vision and creative execution. Moreover, my collaboration with the Growth Marketing teams to implement best practices for designing emails and landing pages led to significant improvements, doubling to quadrupling performance metrics across the board.
