WANdisco, now Cirata, helps enterprises move and synchronize large-scale data across cloud environments with zero downtime, zero data loss, and minimal business disruption. Cirata currently positions its platform around data modernization, resilience, and AI readiness, with a focus on moving data without operational disruption.

As Design Director at WANdisco, I led the visual direction across brand, marketing, campaign, sales, and digital initiatives. My role focused on building a stronger, more consistent brand system that could support enterprise-level storytelling, product launches, and go-to-market campaigns.

The Challenge

WANdisco’s website no longer reflected the maturity of the product or the company’s momentum in cloud data migration. With the launch of LiveData Migrator, the brand needed a stronger digital presence that felt modern, credible, and ready for enterprise growth.

The Approach

We developed a new visual language that moved beyond common tech clichés like clouds, servers, and generic business imagery. Inspired by the WANdisco logo mark, we built a flexible geometric system that communicated data movement, precision, scale, and technical confidence.

The result was a sharper, more ownable brand experience that could scale across the website, campaigns, and future marketing materials.

Before and After

The refreshed brand system gave WANdisco a more flexible and distinctive visual language across digital, campaign, and sales materials. By combining custom iconography, geometric patterns, photography, and an expanded color palette, the brand moved beyond stock imagery into a more dynamic and ownable experience.
