Case Study

A single solution for church engagement.

IFGF is a church organization with multiple locations scattered around the world. As a church, IFGF’s global mission is to spread out the good news to people. To accomplish this mission, the organization needs a platform to engage the people, particularly within the local church. The objective is to build a single application that people can easily use to engage with the organization and connect to local community any where they travel.

The Challenge

The IFGF organization has more than a hundred locations around the world, and each location has its own local website. Managing and importing web content from each local church became very complex and challenging, it required tremendous effort to build a platform that works for everyone.

The Approach

We began with a strategic assessment, which included a user experience, content, and digital visibility audit of the organization website, and multiple local websites in several locations. Based on our findings, we created detailed content with segmented information based on people’s needs and experience. We developed a platform and designed the user interface by incorporating website content into this application. People now can engage and connect with the local IFGF community through a centralized, easy-to-manage system.

Launcher Icon

It’s all about precision and the grid. The icons are designed and measured precisely within the grid to ensure consistency throughout the applications.

User Flow

Before we go into too many details, we created a solid representation of the final design so that we won’t miss out any important piece of it. We set a path for the whole project and for the other team; developers, copywriters, and project managers.
